This gorgeous dress dates back to the ’20s or ‘30s and is nearly (if not) 100 years old. It may have originally been a girl’s dress but could fit a XS/petite woman. The bust is made with black velvet fabric, and the sleeves and skirt features striped satin fabric. It features a side zip closure and empire waist silhouette, fitted through waist, with full skirt. Due to lack of labels it appears to be handmade.
