SHIPPING

DOMESTIC:

All items are carefully packed and shipped by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Insurance and/or Express Mail available upon request. Get free shipping with code FREESHIP on orders $100+.

INTERNATIONAL:

Available upon request only and based on weight. Please email your shipping address and a link to the item you want to purchase to hello(at)rosellavintage(dot)com for shipping estimate. All orders over $250 are carefully packed and shipped by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Insurance and/or Express Mail available upon request. Rosella Vintage is not responsible for packages lost during shipment. Customs fees or duties are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price. Per United States law, all international packages will be marked as used merchandise with actual value declared. We can not devalue or mark as gift.

RETURNS

Please consider your purchase carefully as all sales are considered final.

Many of our items are 40+ years old. We carefully inspect each and disclose all flaws and damage but expect wear consistent with age, i.e. occasional loose/missing seam stitches or missing hook/eye closures, sticky zippers, wash wear, etc.

Return requests must be made WITHIN 2 DAYS of receipt of your item - NO EXCEPTIONS. We will do our very best to offer a fair resolution. We do not accept returns due to fit and/or color, buyers remorse, or shipping delays. Please see detailed measurements and message us with any questions regarding color, condition, fit. We reserve the right to deny a request or offer another resolution. Once a return request has been accepted, item must be shipped within 48 hours. Refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item.

NO EXCEPTIONS for international customers regardless of return request. Without this policy in place, it would be impossible for us to offer shipping outside of the country. Thank you for understanding.
