This incredible novelty print apron-style maxi dress features:
• Illustrated print of sun bonnets, purses and shirts with bandana print throughout
• Apron-inspired bodice, open at sides
• Fitted at waist, loose through bust and hips
• Square neckline at front and back
• Ruffled trim
• Back button closure
• Two front patch pockets
• Unlined
• Fabric content: 50% cotton, 50% polyester
• Designer label: Beco Originals
• Based on the label, style and construction, I estimate this piece dates to the 1970s
• Care: Machine washable
• This item has been hand washed
Styling note: You'll most likely want to wear a top underneath as to avoid side boob. This would be great with a bikini top underneath (as we've styled it) or in the fall with a turtleneck or blouse.
